Paul A. Hellinga
Paul Hellinga is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt (2000) and Lean Expert (1998). He has over 25 years of professional experience in Process Improvement, Accounting and Quality Management, Banking and Financial Services, Material Planning, Test Engineering & Validation and Software & Hardware Development including Information Technology and deployment of new systems.
Paul received a B.S. degree from Arizona State University in 1985 and began a career focused on improving processes. Initially, he worked in Material Planning & Test Validations at Sperry Flight Systems, followed by a myriad of accounting and financial management positions at McDonnell Douglas, Boeing, Allied Signal, Honeywell, International Society Six Sigma Professionals, Intel Corporation, State of Arizona’s Government Transformation Office and most recently serving the Banking Industry) Wells Fargo, UnionBank (MUFG), US Bank and M&T Bank driving platform and critical business transformations. He became enamored with Lean Six Sigma and its successful applications to any transactional processes. Paul has certified over 1000 experts and leaders, resulting in over $1B of ROI.
