New user experince Tracking continuous improvement projects is easier in Compass. It brings the information together in one system from milestones, actions, and tracking benefits. ☺The software presents itself in a logical approach to drive success in a project. From the start of the project, the tool guides you through the steps and has training help for the specific topics if you need them. ☹I have only started to use it and have not found any issues to date. Tool for capturing thoughts and improvements ☺the tool provides all the hooks for an user to capture and describe ways of improving some process or develop new process with some sort of return on investment. The tool is useful for gathering inputs from everyone, it does also suggest that people do not also fill in anything and everything, because it does get seen by everyone in the business who are looking to improve their models or process. ☹I have not used the tool enough to understand the Cons of using it. this was a trial and demonstration only, from the demonstration, it looks to be promising for companies trying to do a lot of continuous and and process improvment.Read more

Compass Review Quick, Easy, Streamlined, Satisfied ☺Simplicity and Features. The site is easy to use and not to over the top with art and color, very business, very straightforward. Has the ability to house a lot of different levels of your need: ie. Start to finish. ☹Overall Look is basic, maybe too basic. The system could be upgraded to feel more lux and important. Multiple tools and user friendly So far has been great experience. It is easy to navigate and you have all your tools there. No need to use different software. ☺We just got introduce to compass. I think is great tool for projects planning, presentation and monitoring. What i like most of this software is that has all the tools you need to do your data analysis so you don't need to use multiple tools and also the layout is great for project using the DMAIC model ☹So far I like everything that this software offersRead more

COMPASS Love it. ☺The ROI for this software is exceptional. The ability to track from ideation to project completion is seamless. This tool already is and will continue to bring significant value to the organization. ☹When I click into the tile of "Ideas" and/or the sub-menu of "My Ideas" from the "Process Improvement" tile. I have to go back to home menu, then to "Process Improvement" tile to access, "Manage Ideas" or "My Projects". Feels like there should be a cleaner way to flip between. Maybe this is design is by intent.Read more

Compass Positive, many features that were necessary and usable. ☺I used this program to access records in college school environment.
