Creato Performance Solutions has announced a contract with Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System (SVMHC) in Salinas, CA which will bring multiple resources to the organization in support of a “Lean Methodology” deployment. This includes live instruction for a cohort of 13 members of SVMHC staff, Creato’s online training for supplemental training in Lean, and the COMPASS® Quality Management System as the technical infrastructure for project management and progress tracking.
