San Diego, California (October 1, 2017)—Creato announced today a new COMPASS licensee: Fraser Health, a large integrated health system in British Columbia with 12 hospitals, several ancillary health centers and an operating budget of over $3 billion. This is Creato’s first COMPASS licensee in Canada, reflecting broad appeal of the application.
“Although we are just getting started, COMPASS is performing wonderfully,” noted Curtis Smecher, MD, Physician Lead over Physician Quality Improvement. “Our ability to customize the product to our needs means that our small staff is going to be able to manage over 100 QI projects without losing track of the project complexity and the tasks that need to be completed. My consultants will be able to spend their time where their skills are most needed - applying QI Principles to problems -- rather than administering to project details.”
COMPASS’ appeal also resulted in the application being recognized as the #1 most popular “Idea Management System” by G2crowd, a crowdsourcing site that collects and curates software reviews of business applications by validated end-users. In earning the distinction, COMPASS beat out over 75 other products in terms of quality and quantity of positive reviews.
COMPASS also earned “High Performer” status on G2crowd for Project Management. There are nearly 300 business applications that qualify as a project management platform with MS Project receiving the most reviews, but a score that is 15% below COMPASS’ current satisfaction score at the time of this announcement.
“There is nothing more satisfying than to see the incredible feedback from our COMPASS licensees on the quality of the product,” notes Creato CEO Ian R. Lazarus. “From completing multiple projects to a bona-fide culture changing experience, every client that has provided a review has reflected on a positive and valuable experience. We expect that trend to continue due to our commitment to a robust product roadmap.”
