COMPASS® QMS Earns “Best in Class” as Three More Companies Implement

San Diego, California (December 7, 2016)—Creato's COMPASS Quality Management System has earned "High Performer" status on G2Crowd (, an independent site devoted to review of a broad range of business software applications. Additionally, Creato announced three new customers have licensed the COMPASS system in the past month.

G2crowd includes Project Portfolio Management systems among the thousands of business applications that have been reviewed by well over 100,000 executives. COMPASS fits within this industry segment and after collecting the necessary threshold of minimum reviews, achieved a score of 4.7 out of 5.0, beating out Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, and a host of other less known products. The reviews featured on G2crowd demonstrate a range of benefits experienced by the product's diverse client base:

The system is straightforward, simple to use, and provides a step-by-step guide for the chosen performance improvement methodology (El Paso, TX).

Any organization that would like to make changes to process should use this system. We have used COMPASS to improve throughput, reduce customer complaints, and increase referrals (New York).

I've found COMPASS support to be exceptional, while the system helps us "tell our story" (Chicago, IL).

Meanwhile, three new licensees have signed on to implement COMPASS during the month of November. The organizations include:

  • Bay Area Healthcare, Coos Bay Oregon
  • El Rio Community Health Centers, Tucson Arizona
  • Adventist Health System, Hanford California

"We did our homework in selecting COMPASS as the future foundation of our performance improvement program," said Bruce Sharp, Regional Director of Process Excellence for Adventist Health Central Valley region." We look forward to working with Creato to take the COMPASS system as far as it can go."
